Ideas We Put on Stage
Every venue comes with an old script.
When a better scene is possible, PLANBEAR rewrites it.
This is a record of stagings proven at real events.
A repertoire is the list of works a company can bring to the stage at any time.
Every staging recorded here has met a real audience at a real event.
An Expo Inside the Lecture Hall
We erased the script that says booths belong outside the hall.
- Host
- Korean Neuroendovascular Society (KoNES)
- Dates
- June 19 ~ 20, 2026
- Venue
- Ananti at Busan Cove, Busan
- Slogan
- EVOLVING TOGETHER, EXPANDING HORIZONS
Convention
No booths in the lecture hall. Exhibits live in the lobby, and the hall is reserved for lectures alone. That has long been the convention of academic meetings.
Twist
What if that boundary disappeared? We decided to stage the hall itself like an expo, right where the flow of attendees comes together.
Execution
Booths and banner walls lined the walls on both sides of the seating, arranged so lectures and exhibits met naturally in one room. At every break between sessions, the hall itself became the exhibition.
Response
The staging was warmly received on site. Contrary to the convention, lectures and exhibits did not get in each other's way. They completed each other.

More stagings will take this stage in turn
