For ten years as a PCO, there was a time when all we could see were the AV consoles, the decorations displayed in every corner, the fragrant wine, and the dazzling venues.

After many years, the essence of conventions, refined over generations so that people could truly connect, finally came into view. And one by one, we let go of proposals written in complicated procedures and ornate rhetoric.

Warm and persistent people, who wanted to organize clients' thoughts simply and ease their worries, brought PLANBEAR to life in the winter of 2020.

It is often said that the MICE industry offers unfavorable conditions for making a living and building a lifelong career. Many leave the industry before they ever reach their full potential as professionals.

Nevertheless, this place is home to people who firmly believe that MICE can be a lifelong profession: people who pursue, as their final stage of growth, building their own company and their own brand, and who seek solidarity and lasting partnership among lifelong event professionals.

This idea is still met with skepticism by many.

But our goal is not a grand ambition like vast business empires or industry dominance. It is to be a starting point for distinctive PCOs to build lifelong careers, pursuing the living, achievable goal of ‘coexistence and mutual growth’ with colleagues who have grown into partners.
